Today's Quote:
"OH Discordia!" - Stephen King
Ever feel like you're moving into a downward spiral and you're only getting the message now? My roommate and I tossed our other roommate(Roommate's brother) because he wouldn't pay any rent and brought drugs into the house (we have photo evidence too). But NOW I hear he's moving back in cause Roommate can't handle the bills without a third (so guess which reason for getting tossed is the most important).
This guy has moved in and moved out more times than I care to remember, but appearantly is always willing to move RIGHT back in when asked. He IS a nice guy, but I can NOT trust him at all. Either he eats my food and drinks my soda, or his friends do cause he doesnt tell them to ask first. All his friends like to park in front of my mailbox; and I like my mail lady, I don't wanna piss her off. He sold off alot of old roommate furniture, under a deal that he'd split the profits with his brother, and kept the money for himself. I'm starting to very much dislike owning half his house.
I laid out an offer to Roommate to buy out my share of the house (5000 for him, 10000 for anyone else, including his degenerent brother), but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Even if Roommate does save up the scratch, I'd wager he'll buy something he's always wanted for himself, like a hot tub, or a down payment on a new car.
I got myself into a situation, and I can't see anyway I can get myself out without the help of others. My most hated of situations. *groan* Oh well. Ill figure something out.
