GOT IT! I caught this guy just as he was leaving the shop early today, but he was kind enough to stay for an extra 45 minutes to do my tattoo 
It's on the back of my right calf, directly under my knee. I'll probably add some color and wings when it's healed, but right now it just says "Fly with me under the wings I gave you, Try to be closer to me and I'll save you" ... I'm gonna do my other calf as well! It's going to say "That's when I started to sing, I said death brings life into uncertain things"
