I love the randomness of the effect.

A 3.5 inch figure of Im-Ho-Tep, as played by Boris Karloff in 'The Mummy' I love how, although out of focus, the shot looks right. Very similar, in fact, to Karl Freund's deliberately hazy camera work in the 1932 movie.

Taken with my old LG 'Viewty' cell phone camera. I was astonished at the result.

It's health & safety gone mad!

Someone should make a TV series of this, as a kind of 'Reverse Sherlock Holmes'. It's a great read, and the character has been mentioned in Alan Moore's masterful 'League of Extraordinary Gentlemen'. No higher honour than that, methinks.
