after such a long absence I have to re-fire my page with a little soup update. I'm working the classics this week: split-pea with Black Forrest Ham, Cream of Mushroom, and a Wonderfull Potato Stout w/ Cheddar
Yum. These were topped by a great May day treat. Buck Moutain Strudel. Fresh Wild Morrel Mushrooms with Sausage (range fed pork, his name was Woody)...

Good Deal. I made it back to class last night. Had a good work out. Made it through the list of throws before we even started. Every thing held together so I can't complain.

Just had a great weekend. Got to go to a tournement in Redding. I almost placed, which is great because I only had about a day to prepare. Te Combative sequence was Fun. We didn't have time to work practice it. All we could do was discuss ideas about how it would flow. It ended up being very smooth, with great coments from the judges....
