The Process continues...
I now know a whole hell of a lot more about the logistics of construction.
We're finally getting floor next week. The bar comes right after that. I can wait to see that in place. It is going to completely change the look of that space. As soon as that is done we have to get our beverage vender in there to get us dialled in. Our seating and tables won't get in untill mid June, as well as the plates and glasses. We're trying to open around june 20, so we're cutting it close. We have to open for July 4th festival. That is a must. The good news is that we'll have a kitchen are june 1st. Yes......Food will be prepared to my specifications...obey the flame....(and cackling laughter begins.)
