Soups Up....
after such a long absence I have to re-fire my page with a little soup update. I'm working the classics this week: split-pea with Black Forrest Ham, Cream of Mushroom, and a Wonderfull Potato Stout w/ Cheddar
Yum. These were topped by a great May day treat. Buck Moutain Strudel. Fresh Wild Morrel Mushrooms with Sausage (range fed pork, his name was Woody) in a brown sugar Strudel. Yes..... Ohhh.....Yesss.
