Good Deal. I made it back to class last night. Had a good work out. Made it through the list of throws before we even started. Every thing held together so I can't complain.

Just had a great weekend. Got to go to a tournement in Redding. I almost placed, which is great because I only had about a day to prepare. Te Combative sequence was Fun.
