You know all the crap that has been happening with ym air conditioner? well here is the fuckin update!
They told me in the office that the utility company said that I was only getting a DOLLAR credit!! That it was accurate!!!!!

HVAC You are billed for HVAC inside your unit based on the amount of time you use your air conditioner.
it says that my electricity is $32.73. Ok thats fine
it says that my HVAC is $35.53!!!
I only fuckin run the damn thig for an hour in the morning and an hour at night!! MY MOM runs hers all night and part of the day. Hers is the same as mine! $70 bucks!
NOW I am sitting online and I hear a noise. I follow it to the air conditioner and it is leaking. In most apts you cant get into it but in mine they forgot to lock it. I open it and it is leaking. I call the office and they tell me to put a cup down and they will look at in on MONDAY! I go upstairs to my neighbor where I find out that HIS was leaking last week. They fixed it because it was starting to spread thru the apt. He turns his off and his is still leaking!
I call maintence and they are on their way over. I think it stopped tho because Dan upstairs turned his off!!
I cant use my air and I am dying of heat. I cant afford it either!
This is making me a very very angry fishy!!!
I think I am gonna cry. Ya I KNOW I am gonna cry. I cant afford this broken down ghetto apt any more and my lease isnt up until March. I hate this state. I hate everything about NM right now.

Update. The plumber said that rotor rooter didnt put all the stuff back right and because it was leaking I could have gotten zapped and died! I would have been SO disgruntled if that happened!!
OH and he just asked to use the bathroom. I said sure. He took a poop!!! wtf in MY apt??!! ewwwwww
Now I am really crying! Plus he is finding things wrong with this place. Now the bathroom needs work he says!!!
