HELL YA!!!
So life has really threw me a couple of curve balls.
This was a stressful couple of weeks...with no time off....working doubles....and pneumonia I have been a little distant. I am sooooo sorry all my beautiful friends!
I promise I will catch up and get back to each of you...but be patient...I am still busy!
I got a raise at work! yay ME! Its only .50 more but its much better than before. I am still thinking about picking up a second job tho. I thought at first of quitting but recent events have made me change my mind.
1. I found out that they DO appreciate me and they have instructed me to enjoy my days off and NO picking up shifts! They even told me they wont call me no matter what!
2. I am gonna be transferred back to my home store at the next employee transfer! Not only is that my home but I am the second senior employee there so I get my old schedule back and a bit more respect!
3. I left the Eubank store (where I am currently working) and went to the San Mateo store (where I started) to see Bocaj138. When I got there there was a autograph signing (that didnt go well because of the cops shutting us down last week for shows...LOOOOOONG story) for a couple bands on tour. The one band is from the US and they were pretty cool! Never heard of them and still havent heard their music but the guy was cool. The ban is called Tattooed Millionaires.
The singer got a tattoo of an Indian with Albuquerque under it. He was funny.
The second band Sybilla was from ITALY! I just listened to them and they are so glam rock which isnt my favorite but cute musicians from Italy makes me happy. Plus one of the guys needed to go to the Apple store so I happily drove them not understanding a word they said except Grazi!
I got cool merch and they signed a poster for me and i took pictures with them. When I get them I will be sure to post them!
4. Slipknot and Disturbed are coming and one of my managers told me that my work is going to try and get a booth there piercing. The piercer at San Mateo IMMEDIATELY said that he wants ME there because I get people to tip. Work has been discussing the fact that since I started working there they have been making MUCH more money so I guess I am gonna get to work it and get in free!
So I only get paid $7.65 an hour. I dont feel all the time like they appreciate me. I now know they do and I get great perks!
All in all? I am a much happier fishy! All I need now is some great oral and all will be right with the world. Looks like the boy will have to spend some time in the Garden of Eatin!!
I am off the next two days so I will make sure to spend some time probably Thursday catching up and being silly!
