I finally got my period. One month late. And of course, one day after I took a pregnancy test.

I definitely want more babies. Lots more. But I think Meaney and I need to take a break from procreating and just enjoy being the young, ridiculously good-looking couple that we are. We never got the chance to indulge in our "newlywed phase". We started dating in Fall 2005, amidst much drama and turmoil. One month into it, I was expecting a breakup. Two months into it, we were expecting a baby.

When I first joined SG, one of the perks I took advantage of was Meaney's old blogs. They used to torment me in those previously mentioned tough times. I wondered what he said about me, if he mentioned me at all. It was a somewhat painful trip down memory lane...reliving those days I had worked so hard to forget. But in the end, I felt happy to have those memories with him, because it only makes for a more interesting future.

We are now exactly a year and a half into our relationship. Things have been tough lately. But it's during times like these that a date with nostalgia is completely necessary:



We didn't know how good we really had it.
