Savannah sounds like a pretty cool place to party. Laid back liquor laws like that are the same reason why i like to go to Reno and Vegas so much. They can serve alcohol 24 hours a day, you can walk around in the streets with it, and you can smoke almost anywhere. If its anything like that there, I'm definately going to have to take a road trip down that way when im living on the east coast next year. smile
