Yes I have eybrows now. Yes that shirt is part of a dress made for my by an up and coming fashion designer named Ann Liv Young - the nipple area is cut out and clear plastic squares were sewn over the holes. She said the dress was to be worn without a bra but I chicked out as I was wearing it to a dance in virginia and I think they have mean indecency laws.
