I was dreading waking up this morning, and I was right. My body always follows the same pattern when sick: wake up with a slight sore throat, a bit of a headache. Then everything not-so-good thing takes on larger than life proportions. I cry easily. By the end of the day I am coughing a bit. And the second morning I have a full-blown illness and wake up feeling like a bus ran me over.
I feel like a bus ran me over.
Christmas was pretty good. So far life has been awesome with three brothers. I have drinking buddies, hockey buddies, poker buddies, and UFC buddies. Plus they like to watch all the stupid shit I like to watch. Like Viva La Bam. I love that show.
I also managed to make it through Christmas without having a seizure, a fact I was reminded about many times. Go me?
Today I looked outside to see snow on the ground, which is a good sign. It maybe means that I can have a snowball fight soon. It may also put my plans for go-karting on hold.
Oh yeah, and I gained 9 lbs. when I wasn't looking. Isn't that always the way?
