We have heard of one that is close where he'd get to herd horses, but its a lengthy interview process and then its around $100/day.

Alas, I do not have a Wii. I had Animal Crossing for my DS but I was experiencing quite a bit of pain from holding my DS (I have a cyst on the back of my left hand and it affects my tendons) so I gave the game to my nephew. Maybe someday my husband and I will get a Wii...

yeah theres no point selling in this market and we want to come back in a few years so from an immigration point of view it will be good to still have a property here as it shows intent to return..
we haven't had the letting agent round yet to evaluate but looking at others in the area and taking into account we are a college town where rentals are in high demand and the fact that its about a million times nicer inside than your average rental, we should be able to get about $3000 a month. Its got new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, brand new air and heat, floors, paint inside and out etc I could go on we've probably spent about $100,000 on it as we weren't intending on leaving for a while!!
