Yesterday, I spent the entire day lugging furniture and boxes around the office. I only did it because of the offer of free pizza for lunch.
I can tell I haven't been to the gym for over a year - every single muscle aches, including one which I didn't know existed until today when it started to ache and throb (not that muscle, you dirty pervert
