Well, I'll be goddamned; I had started making good headway on teaching myself PHP/MYSQL last October when a pair of catastrophic computer crashes had me reeling. At some point I recovered all the files that had been lost and got a great new computer to work on but haven't had time to set the server stuff up. I finally decided to git-r-dun this afternoon and after a lot of nitpicky shit and interruptions got the Apache server and PHP set up and running correctly. I should be able to relearn all that I had learnt in a day or two and then it'll be fun fun fun until Mommy takes the T-Bird away...
