This is a strange country we live in. Today I took my motorcycle out and was completely paranoid every time i saw a cop. I walked across the street and a man in blue ran at me like i just kicked an old lady and wanted to give me a ticket for crossing at the wrong spot. Free country? The amount of money I had to put in the parking meter would have bought me a good meal in Peru. I smiled at a family in the library and was rewarded with a snarl. Went to sushi the other night with a bunch of friends and spent enough to live well for 50 days in Peru (it was hella fun though!).
Yah culture shock is much worse coming home. I love my country, but after being surrounded by a different view points for so long i am sometimes embarrassed by me fellow Americans.......
I wish i was back in south america......
Here are a couple more random pictures from my trip taken the ruins of Pisaq..... Thanks everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes. I hope to be sharing beer and stories with many of you very soon!
