Me and the lady visited my folks in the central valley this past sunday. My step-mom made coq de vin. Its one of the best meals I've had in a while. Looked a bit like this:
I went to the fisherman's wharf in SF the other day. Shit that place is thugged up.
Tonight I'm making Hanger Steak with a mushroom demi-glace. Might look like this:
My plates aren't that nice.
I'm hungry again.
