oooh new layout
i'm kinda liking it, i have to get used to it first
but it looks so purty. and hi tech
so the london po po's are gonna be cracking down on biker's the next 2 weeks,
i'm kinda ticked about that,
they're going to be enforcing all their stupid rules and arresting ppl or charging them all over just for not biking 'properly'
so if you're biking in london be aware of the following rules/offences and their penalties;
- Biking on sidewalk: $135.
- Running a red light: $180
- Not wearing child safety helmet: $85
- Lack of proper lighting: $35
- Improper brakes: $110
- No horn or bell: $110
- Cycling the wrong way on a one-way street: $110.
- Ignoring railroad crossing restrictions: $110
- Riding in a crosswalk: $110
ok, i'm sorry but did i hear that right? apparantly riding on the sidewalk is as dangerous as riding the WRONG WAY ON A ONE WAY STREET!? hah
riding on the sidewalk pisses off some pedestrians that are not paying attention, and their easily avoidable
i've never even heard of a pedestrian-cyclists accident or incident.
let's compare that to riding the wrong way on a one way street.
hmm, cars are whissing buy honking to make you aware that you're in the middle of the road going the wrong way and they're about to hit you.
that's just the visual that i get.
anyhoo
ride safetly,
i'm going to go soop up the bike so it complies with all these regulations,
the law's right there when you don't have a horn on your bike,
but when a gang assauls you and steals your bike, they take their sweet ass time doing anything about it,
oh ya my court date got moved, again surprise,
i guess gang activity is not as dangerous as cyclists on the sidewalk
that's enough of that
i'm out
