I have someone where I work with trying to set me up on blind dates. It’s nice of them to offer that, but my past experiences being setup in them weren’t that favourable. Usually when this happens at this present moment I usually decline them. In the past, I’ve had some after about an half hour to two hours and nothing generally comes of it. I’ve also had some that were a no show. That kind of makes the dating thing quite frustrating and demoralizing.
Ideally I’d rather meet people organically I find that works a bit better for me, even though I’m clueless at times not catching body language or signs if someone is interested.
But I do have one question, what is a polite way to tell your coworker that you’re not interested in being setup in a blind date? If anyone has any advice to offer feel free to comment.
