I haven't been happy with the service the past couple of years, and this unit I've been working for the past 1 1/2 years has been particularly horrible. "Take care of your people and they'll take care of you" is a shallow phrase in at least my end of the military; there are very few people respectively that I've worked for that I felt as if they truly had any respect for their subordinates.
