I appreciate you not being a total jerk like most in that news thread, everytime I go into the news section, there's an article belittling or blaming France for everything that goes wrong in the world. And while I completely accept criticism of my government, the way in which these news submitters tend to word it is incredibly rude and condescending towards France as a whole and, very often French culture. Seems like it's not okay to make fun of certain nationalities or ethnicities but it is of France... which makes me seriously consider whether I want to renew my membership next time around.
Unfortunately most of the people on the site who are French barely speak English so I'm usually the only one saying anything about this and getting... well... lynched.
