Brewed another batch of porter today. I took special care not to fuck anything up so hopefully this time it will turn out great. So far it hasn't exploded like the last, but I am going to name it something like that just for the hell of it. The two suggestions thus far are Hiroshima Porter and Fat Man. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
