I got my book back. Weird situation but one of my good friends borrowed it without telling me. Normally I'd think this was a lie, but he called and apologized before I had a chance to even tell him I'd noticed it missing and he doesn't really have contact with my other friends (out of town friend he is). Anyhow the mess was sorted and things are good with Fight Club again.
