today i was awakened by the glorious musings of raijin (god of thunder) and the pitter patter of rain upon my window sill. it is unusually wet for june but i dont mind: at least the reservoirs would be filled for the coming summer months. heaven knows how many un-manned water sprinklers would be wasting water then!

hasnt really sunk in yet. i turned last friday and so far i feel the same.
