ugh.
Have been in a crappy mood these past couple of days. Life goes reasonably well, so I can't really complain, but I'm dragging nonetheless.
In unrelated news, gay pride has decended upon my neighborhood. Well, I suppose there's a lot of gay pride here on any given day, but this weekend it takes the form of a parade. I find this to be somewhat irritating, at the very least inconvenient. Don't get me wrong. I don't have anything against gay pride. I just don't like crowds. The people watching is good, but you often end up waiting in some line or another, traffic sucks, and parking is a bitch.
On a different note, this afternoon I've been pondering lyrics/cliches about love. Indeed, it can be a many splendored thing. Sometimes it will keep us together. Other times it will tear us apart. Some say all you need is love. I tend to require food, water, and various other things, so today I'm going to go with...

It all depends on my mood.
(So says Crosby and Hope, plus Dorothy Lamour on a camel)
But in this case it should be Vegas bound...
What exactly would you bind Las Vegas in?
I'm fairly sure I do not want to know the answer to that question....
I'll try and restrain myself from the 'Sin City' behavior, but if I'm lounging by the pool and Engelbert Humperdink (or as Eddie calls him, Slut Bunwalla) comes crooning by......well, I can't be held responsible for my behavior!
