I'm bored and I can't figure out how to do the calculations and what not for my lab that is due tomorrow. Fucking Ringbom Plots...I don't think they're difficult to do, I just can't seem to figure them out. Anyways, I picked myself up the new Opeth album which I quite enjoy. It's very proggy from what I've gathered from one listen.
I've also decided to cook at home more instead of eating out. Since my sister is living with me I have more reason to cook. A roast seemed like a good idea for supper tomorrow or the next day, so I have one marinating in the fridge until then. Hopefully it turns out good.
Umm..I've also ordered myself a copy of Casshern. Soon I shall recieve the 3 DVD special edition, of which I will only watch the main movie and none of the extras. You may wonder why I ordered the special edition with all the extras and the reason is; because I can. It was actually not all that more expensive than the single DVD version so I decided to spend the extra 6 bucks or so. I should also be recieving my Limited "Snuff" Edition of Fred Vogel's August Underground. It's gory, disturbing and to some people just plain wrong. I own the second movie by this guy which is entitled Mordum. The plot is rather non existant. It's basically kidnap, rape, kill repeat with some necrophilia, disemboweling and other nastiness thrown in for good measure. Some people were throughly disturbed after watching it. I found it a little over the top but morbidly entertaining to an extent. I need strange movies to add to my collection. I think the next one I'm going to buy is Nacho Cerda's Aftermath/Genesis or possibly Nekromantik..who knows? I'll see what I can find.
I'm actually in a pretty good mood lately except for my annoying lab. All my bills are paid and I'm feeling alot healthier. For once I wasn't dozing off in class and I even went to bed at 2am. I'm reading William S. Burroughs Naked Lunch, which I thoroughly enjoy. It's a very strange book but I'm really into it at the moment, which is strange because I have'nt had the attention span for reading in a long time. I want to see the movie now because I have no idea how it could be translated into film.. Well thats about it for tonight, I'm off to bed. Hopefully something interesting arises tomorrow.
