well not a lot to report at the moment, my unkles out of hospital and he's fine, my backs better, oh and im going to a poker and coctail night so eny hints or recipie are welcome( never playd poker straingly!!!)

well im havin a uncomfatable week at the moment! i managed to pull somthing in my back at work on friday and its a lil bit sore still!
oh nd i had some bad news, yesterday my uncle had a heart attack and is in hospital still. fingers crossed
