It was mid-40s today. A little too chilly for a ride, but I needed the fresh air. I needed to clear my head and get out for awhile. It felt good.

Tomorrow I am a week sober. With all the shit that has happened this week, I am pretty amazed at myself at this point, but if I can get through all this without a drink, I can get through anything.

I am watching some Pink Floyd thing on PBS right now. I feel quite lame.
