Back at work today and I have to say that a little r&R goes a long way towards restoring one's sanity and faith in the goodness of life.
My Yankees crapped a big one last night-'nuff said.
I've made my first friend here on SG! Thanks KillerMike!
I miss the intimacy that a good, long-term relationship brings but rather than be despondent about it, I'm making the attempt to find satisfaction again in those neglected and
often solitary pleasures such as reading and writing again.
Suffering from the curse that is serial monogamy, I long to
offload what seems like a wagonload of supressed memories
and feelings for a string of women who are rightly good and wonderful but echoes in a former life that has passed on.
Anyways, I'm going to the gym tonight, get in shape; fit in body, mind and soul then wreck myself by smoking cigs and
drinking scotch tonight-what a life.
Toodles.

people tend to be made of their memories. we're all just results of our experiences. the trick is trying not to make yourself out of bad experiences. sometimes it's hard, but you can do it. remember the good times, cause they will always be there.
welcome to SG friend
