Hi, hope you are feeling better, keep an eye on it, strep throat can have you ending up in hospital!!!!! Take it easy, make sure you get lots of love and attention and don't rush back to doing too much to soon - give your immune system time to recover. :

Spent 4 hours prior writing and recording an acoustic song with the guitarist of my band.
It's absolutely ridiculous and amazing.

It was much worse than that. It took 3 chiropractic visits and going to get acupuncture to get it sorted out. My back sucks!!
