I made a white pizza tonight. I usually do red, but I bought some sour cream for another recipe and I was looking for something different. I also didn't feel like going through the hassle of doing everything completely from scratch. So:
Thawed the last of the dough from a few days ago (it's easier to make in big batches and then refrigerate), rolled it out, spread some olive oil on the upper surface and rubbed in some oregano.
Mixed 8oz sour cream with oregano, basil, black pepper, and a squirt of caesar salad dressing--about double what I'd put on a bowl of salad. Spread this concoction on the rolled-out dough. Drained a can of chicken and spread it on top of the sauce. Diced a small onion and spread it over the chicken. Covered the whole thing in mozzarella. Tossed it in the oven at 550 for about ten minutes.
It came out well, though I didn't roll the dough out enough--it had been folded a few times, and the air pockets ballooned up. Still, quite tasty.
