so it's been awhile. how is everyone?

i've gone through some big ups and downs over the past...week or so. it feels like its been forever.
i have two weeks left of school and i recently made a decision that means these are my last two weeks at kent period. i'm going to transfer to csu so i can be a cleveland local again. but this might mean a new band and i've become better friends with some kids that wanna work on zines with me and i know a lot of people at csu. so it should be good times. if anything it'll be cheaper. and closer to donny. the worst part of that decision? not seeing glenna every day of the week. i wouldn't even had made it this far at kent without her and its gonna really suck not to see her constantly or have her right there when i need someone to cry to.

last saturday i saw so many old friends. such a good time. after the show i went to my ladies and i got together over at double m's place and we were joined by three crazy kids who are actually from the motor city. strawberry daquiris are TOPS...sandi, joe and i discovered that mixing cool blue gatorade, vodka, one red popsicle and one purple popsicle makes for the most amazing sweet delicious drink. sandi and i perfected a cheer from double m's little sis's instructional dvd. cassie threw up a lot but told me she bought me a copy of pretty in pink which really is like...thee best gift ever. i love my ladies and i'm glad i'll be in clevo to spend more time with them now

i am pissed at the advising office here at kent right now. i have to speak to a JMC advisor since i am technically a prejournalism major currently. i have my advisor and i've been trying for over a month now to schedule an appointment with her. everytime i call the receptionist says "our schedules for the following week are all booked up, if you call back thursday morning we can set one up for you" and come thursday i always forget. well TODAY is thursday and i woke up and had to rush to class so i did not have time to call. so now that i am back from class and took a shower and all i figured they wouldn't be booked up yet. but no. i call, and i hear the same damn thing, "our schedules for the following week are all booked up, if you call back thursday morning we can set one up for you." now i am thinking...how in the world are they gonna be able to schedule me in next thursday if by 4 PM thursday they're all booked? i think they're not actually all booked up and they just say that to piss me off. and why make everyone wait until thursday? if i call monday, i should have dibs on the next open appointment, not the kid who calls two minutes before me on thursday! its just not fair. then i try my advisor's direct line that she gave me yesterday and it gives me some "enter the exstension or wait for assistance" and i know the assistance will be the same damn "our schedules are full" lady and they refuse to directly connect me to my damn advisor! so this whole thing si really ticking me off.

however, in less than an hour i will be walking over to the macc with my dearest glennaboo and by 6:30 we will be watching razorlight play and after them we get to see MUSE!!! so i am way psyched about that. i also found out yesterday donny decided we are going to his prom so i get to relive high school all over again. this is actually going to be my fourth prom. anyone else wanna take me? haha
