I got this interesting thing to share.
A friend of mine went to one of those "creativity" workshops and one of the exercises they made him do was to write three pages of whatever comes to mind in the morning right after waking up. They call it the brain dump , you write about your problems , what you wanna do , a story whatever.
Normally i am sceptical of these things but i gave it a try and holy shit makes a difference in just one fucking day! It feels like flushing all the crap in your brain that doesnt let you focus.
Give it a try if you have trouble focusing , being creative , etc.
