I've been super busy as of late.

I moved out of the house I was renting which was quite the task as my foot is still broken. Good thing is that I should be getting most of my deposit back...YAY!!!

I am currently living in rebel_rebel's 25th floor condo in downtown Orlando. It's a beautiful place, but I can't have my cats so I tend to get a little lonely being here all by myself. Nonetheless, it is super awesome of rebel_rebel to let me crash here for a bit.

I've been spending most of my free time looking for a house. The good news is that I found one yesterday and signed the contract on it today It's an adorable 2 bed, 2 bath in south downtown Orlando. The only pic I have of it at the moment is of the kitchen, but the kitchen happens to be my favorite part.



I meet with the mortgage broker tomorrow to finish up a few things and hand over a $2,000 check for the escrow. Next comes inspections and appraisals and all that and I should be closing at the end of the month. I am so excited and nervous and anxious...gah

The cast should come off my foot August 10th and after I close I should hopefully have a bit more free time for adventure and mischief.
