Well, Tyler is certainly a fighter. Spoke to the neurologist yesterday morning and with the progress he made it looks like he is out of the woods for now Considering how many cats don't survive this I feel incredibly lucky that he has such determination.
He has been determined to walk and is using his leg, even though he doesn't really have full use backat least he's trying. He has improved and is able to lift the leg instead of dragging it and actually walk on his pads instead of his knuckles. He has a pretty serious limp, but that may improve over time. Besides he able to get on my bed since it's a low platform and walk around the house so he's not unable to get around well enough.
For now we just keep following up with the neurologist and giving him aspirin and fatty amino acids.
We still have to worry about him throwing another clot, especially since we cannot find the reason for the clot in the first place (every test basically came back normal). For now, my Christmas is a happy one because my little guy is still with me. I am so lucky that I have had the time to love him more before he leaves me.

Your status is from let go. I love that song. But I DO believe there's beauty in the breakdown. ;]
