So, my body sucks. It hates me and spends much of it's time trying to make me miserable. Of course, I am stubborn and refuse to let it beat me so I struggle through.
My TMJ and arthritis have been in high gear plus I'm having worse than normal cramps and when I'm in pain my depression seems to worsen and my panic attacks become more frequent and severe. To top that all off, I have been having an allergic reaction to something, not sure what, and I have been breaking out with hives all over for the past few weeks.
All of this has resulted in a very unhappy me. Fortunately, I have discovered that smoking a very small amount of pot takes care of the pain for quite a while and I have my trusty Xanax for the panic attacks, my Lexapro and Welbutrin for the depression and my Zyrtec and Benedryl for the allergies. Yep, I'm a poster child for better living though chemistry.
I really need to go see my doctor again soon, but she isn't back until next month and I refuse to see anyone else at her office. I will call and make an appointment with her as soon as her office starts accepting them, which will be in a week or two.
Fortunately, my guy did bring me home some pain killer last night so today I am doing pretty good aside from the itchy hives. Yay for Josh!
