i'm full of cold/flu, i'm coughing so much that i have to run to the toilet for fear of pucking, i have a headache, and a big spot all my bones ache and i mean all!!! ... u wana c were i have found some bones oh and i find it hard to breathe... i pronanly smell roo but can't tell due to bloacked nose and asha can't help out with that either, i wana go bed, me need sleep, me want hugs more

...i'm gona have a fag, i'm doing good i only had one yesterday!!! .... think it's best to cut down then go cold turkey (i tried to strangle my mate martyn yesterday in an attempt for nicotine ) feeel so yucky and in work 2moro day and nite! me in work on a saturday day? ... like when the hell does that ever happen?
