So i think it's about time i did this.
I used to be really skinny. Like unhealty skinny.
This is me at about 128lbs. April 2011
So then i started working out. At first it was just because i had the gym available to me, but i wasn't really serious about it. But after a while i started to notice that i was gaining weight. So i got a little more serious about it.

This was me at my heaviest about 160lbs. June 2012.
After a while i decided to start working more on definition more than just building mass. So naturally i lost a little bit of weight, but kept the lean muscle.
This is me about a month ago at 150lbs.
Eventually i want to put on some more weight. Stay lean, but i wanna get back up to at least 160 without losing my definition, so i may have to build up to 170ish and then cut back down to 160.

Great timing too.. I was just having a "too skinny?" conversation with my bf who had noticed how slender he had become and he was worried that he might be "too" skinny.. I'm going to show him your photos so he can see what a difference hard work and effort can make!
