Chronicles of a World of Warcraft addict in recovery.
Hi, my name it Tony. And I've been clean for a roughly a month and a half now. I'll admit that quitting cold turkey the way i did has been difficult. After all the time i put into it.. how could it not? I played for a bit over a year, played and deleted toon after toon. In the end i had accumulated quite the line up; one lvl 85 druid, one lvl 85 warrior, one lvl 82 hunter, one lvl 80 death knight, and one lvl 80 paladin.
I'll admit, i still have urges. I still feel like logging on, and coughing up the fifteen dollar monthly subscription for one night's worth of self pity, but i keep strong, and i remember... the 2 step program.
2 step program; Whenever i get the urge to give in to my own pathetic whims, i put on A Day To Remember and just fucking throw down!! Get it? "2 step?" GET IT?!!?!! *sigh* ...man i'm good.
Anyway...
This is Tony (math-metal) Morris. A month and a half sober. Count it.
