last night i met up with a girl who replied to one of my craigslist ads about room mates.. and she actually turned out to be super cool. it was almost weird how much we have in common. we're the same age, born a few days apart, we dont eat meat, we're both heavily tattooed and we both immigrated to america a few years ago. it seems like a great match. she said the deposit might be too much tho.. i told her im trying to find a friend with really good credit to co sign for me since that would bring it down to half.. and i talked to one of my oldest friends about it this morning, but he said it would stress him out too much. its kind of frustrating since ive known him for 7 years and he knows id never get myself evicted or anything like that. but.. nothing i can do about it. i talked to the potential room mate, Melissa, and told her my friend said he wouldnt. everyone else that im close with all have horrible credit just like me.. and she says hers is probobly not that good either. if only my parents lived here.. the leasing office cant let them sign for me since they not only dont live in CA, but not even in america.

ugh.. things just wont work out.. but for some reason i at least feel a smidgen better today.. im glad i met melissa and that there at least now is a chance she will be my room mate. just gotta work on the whole finding someone with credit thing.. but at least im getting closer.. i guess.. hah.. trying super hard to stay positive. and at least i have my fat babypup to sleep next to.
