I've given up my attempt to set the record for going the longest without updating my page here on SG. Mostly because I got one of those "smack me up the side of my head" wake-up calls just before 5 pm tonight. I just found out that some one who I have met a few times and had lovely conversations with and planned to shoot Suicide Girl sets together, is no-longer walking and breathing on this earth.
I learned, in the short time I spent with her, that she was a very warm, kind and talented person. An artist, a fashion designer, a model and a beutiful person. She is now ashes scattered in Colorado, and I am very sad having lost the opportunity to give back the kindness that she showed people and possibly create some very unique images with her.
Her name was Kira, known by many as PopWitch her MySpace profile is at:
http://www.myspace.com/popwitch

(Edited later out of frustration with the way my old Macintosh works with the new SG format)
Kira's passing will probably go un-noticed by those out side Albuquerque or even those who never met her, but for those who think that death or dying or suicide is glamorous, IT IS NOT! It is the end of choices that tears a hole in the lives of the people who are left behind. people who can only wonder- Why? How? When? Where? What if?
I have no doubt that Kira's future was brighter than she realized, her clothes and other designs were loved by people and she would have been a much loved Suicide Girl.
Good bye Kira, a lot of us will miss you.

and then come to find out it was all a plot. She never killed herself she just got embarrased because Daniel (my ex) said that she had turned into an addict of heroin in front of some people and she got mad, faked her own death and blamed it all on him - how pathetic is that??
