just got back. I had a good time. It was my first one with this company. It has held at the wax museum here in D.C. Sadly I didn't win any of the awesome raffle prizes they had. But I did get free beer and food! Check out some of the wax figures there.

I'm watching a PBS documentary on prohibition. What an incredibly botched law that was. I love PBS documentaries. My geek/nerd card is obviously laminated. :)
rain hitting the window is a soundtrack for sleep. Gonna do some Christmas shipping tomorrow. Also have to find a 20 dollar gift for the office white elephant. That shit is gonna be hard. Where can I find a decent gift for 20 bucks these days?

After comics and video games music is third on my list of hobbies. So I'm usually late on new music and albums. I picked up Skylar Grey's new album Don't Look Down and Eminem's new cd. I listened to both on the way home and really enjoyed both. Don't Look Down in particular has great production. Skylar can really sing too.

it's 8:34 here on the east coast. I'm gonna lay in bed, watch cartoons, and read comics. I wish I had a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch or cocoa puffs. I may go out later and find some new or old music.
