Wow, it's been a long time since I have posted anything, lol. Proof of how hectic life can get .
My brother is finally back after two years teaching English in Korea. It's great to have him around again. It was just bad luck he came over at the same time my sister and niece moved away to North Bay. We can never manage to get our family in the same place at the same time.
I am really excited about school starting in a few weeks! I have always been one of those nerdy straight A students who loves school....so being out of it for three years has started to drive me crazy. I am actually looking forward to going 'back to school' shopping. That's write, pencils excite me, lol.
My knee is finally feeling a little more comfortable...and after six months and two seperate vehicle accidents, I figure I deserve a little fun. I am in a patellar brace know instead of the stupid zimmer splint that goes from mid calf to the top of my thigh. Plus I can actually bend to 80% full fluxation and put weight on my leg. This means I can go back to painting large pieces at my easel, go out to a nice pub now and then....and even start doing something other than the missionary posistion .
My goal is to get off my cane by the time school starts, as pimp tastic as it is, it needs to go. I was not able to do the ballet course I wanted over the summer (for obvious reasons), but it starts again in Sept., so that is what I am aiming for. It has been nearly a year now since I have done any serious dancing, and I am starting to worry it won't be like riding a bike.

Canes aren't too fun. Slightly pimpin' though, for sure. Hope your knee heals up awesomely.
I am going to take Graphic Design.
