I am getting ready to for an English aptitude test that I have to take as part of my application process for school, and I am very nervous. It is silly since I was always a straight A student, but I have been out of school for three years now, and I guess I am a little paranoid. 
I am also walking with no hands (meaning no crutches) which makes me very happy! Yesterday, for the first time in forever, I walked around in a mall. I figured with all the stress going on with my family right now I deserved it. I could only shop around for an hour before my knee was absolutely throbbing, and when I got home it was a little swollen, so I know I put it through too much...but I don't care, lol. It was heaven to be out on my own.
I got an email from Nathan, my older brother in Korea, saying he is finally coming home in a few months. I have not seen him in over a year! It has felt weird being without him. Somehow no matter how old I get he is always still over protective of me...and it has been strange not having him around when I need Ice Cream and someone willing to beat people up for me *teasing*. Then again, being the second youngest of six I guess all my siblings are a little protective...and it does not help that Jacob, the only one younger than I, is twice my size.

I haven`t seen my brother is over a year as well. Since after my bike trip to Banff. I saw him a month after my bike trip and that was the last time I saw him. Every time I would visit my home in Ottawa, I would miss him by like two weeks. He lives in Regina because of school.
