Being dejected (depressed) and seduced by love - both at the same time.
Listening to music, taking a walk, or whatever you enjoy are good distress tolerance skill to practice when you're not feeling well.
There is a song that I like that helps pull me into the present and look at things from a different perspective. The song is Be In The Moment by Armin van Buuren. Do you have a favorite song that uplifts you?
Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are a good set of coping tools when things are rough, which everyone should know in my opinion.
