Hello everyone,
For me, self-acceptance is related to self-compassion and self-love. For me, it also implies taking responsibility for myself and helps with building self-esteem. I am finding out that this is very difficult for me and I am finding some peace at the same time. I am discovering that practicing mindfulness is very important as it's the base for distress tolerance and other skills that help me take care of myself.
