Honestly, keeping things inside you never really works out for the best so even though I don't really know what you're talking about at all, I say tell the person.
I used to be this innocent little sweet girl so never made a fuss or anything then I ended up in therapy for awhile because I had so much stuff built up inside me.
Now I'm still nice but I can defidently have a BIG ASS MOUTH as well especially if you piss me off repeatedly which is hard to do. My thing is working with people who either can't or just plain don't do their jobs and leave all the work for me.
So tell them, get it out in the open, see where you stand in the midst of everything and then calmly think of where you want to be after all this and work to get there.
And dude...next time you want someone to add you as a friend don't make the first thing you do YELL...cause it's k inda scary
