I have a job interview Tuesday, for a family services position in Head Start. I'll be working with families to make them aware of resources that can help make sure their children are getting the proper care needed, such as WIC and Starting Points. I'm very excited about this, as I've decided to return to school in an attempt to get a degree in social work. This does mean I will have to leave my current job, which is a shame because I really love what I'm doing, but minimum wage with no benefits just isn't cutting it right now.
