So we went out to see Harry Potter... It was pretty darn good...
I meant to sleep right after I got back from work but everybody and their dog decided to phone me. Mostly organizing the night out, but also other people who I wouldn't normaly expect all to call in one night, and telemarketers.

So no sleep. I got up, got dressed. Made meself a little wand out a paintbrush handel the night before. Fancied it up with some costume jewelry and off we went.
I had to get some money out so I strode into the convenience store. Cloak and all.
A guy just leaving stopped dead in his tracks and was like 'Holy shit!'
The guy at the counter was like; "Dude, I'd just like to say, the whole cloak thing is very Ozzy Osbourne of you, and I think it's really cool you're out there doin' it."
He was a bit of fun.. I'm always up for freaking out the normals.

We headed over to Sarita's first. She and I are the only ones that really dressed up, though on the walk over I dropped my dragon walking cane and the head broke off.. Turns out it was resin. I think I'm gonna glue it back together, fill in the cracks and make a cast from it so I can make one out of bronze.

It was packed and by the time we got in I was getting a little tired and cranky so I didn't feel like taking pictures.

At one point in the movie, Professor McGonnagle sayys to Dumbledore, refering to Harry. "So what we're just going to use him as bait? He's not some piece of meat!"
Then sarita says, quite audably to the rest of the theater "Phhh! He's my piece of meat!"
Everybody in the theater just broke out laughing and started clapping. it was quite awesome... The fangirliocracy in there was insane. As specaily during the bath scene...

We got back home at 2:30 or so. Susi and another kid stayed over because they couldn't get back to their places that late. it was 3:00 before I got to bed.
So three hours of sleep later, I'm up, shower, they go off to school which is conveniently five minutes walking distance from my place. I head out on the bus.

Somehow I was incredibly perky the entire day. Probably partialy due to the fact that I had not had any coffee for thre days prior to that and had one that morning, I took some daytime decongestant. Then another coffee at the mall... And a cute girl made small talk with me as we got off the bus. That made me really cheery.

By the time I was done I was getting kinda sleepy. Got home, went to bed. But stayed awake for three hours before finaly falling asleep, meaning to get up around 8:00pm... Which was actually when I fell asleep, after hitting the snooze alarm... So I could clean the house before mom got back today. But no... Slept right through until 4:30 am, went back to sleep, got up at 7:30 or so.

Did some cleaning, Mom came back, took me to the lapidary club. I cut me an amethyst cab today and got started on another blood stone.
Aaaand! I took the first cab I made out of the Dye! This was the one that had been stained by red marker.

Here's a picture.

Top Left: Dyed Agate, Made by me. 20x22mm
Bottom Left: Amethyst cab, also made by me. 9mm
Bottom Middle: Jelly Opal I bought at the swap Meet. 7mm
Bottom Right: Persian Turquoise my friend at work gave me. 5x8mm
Top Right: Rutilated Quartz which I bought at the swap meet. 13x9mm

The picture came out better than I had thought it would. I might try to get a picture of that Honduras Opal as well. I'm not sure if the colors will show up or not.
However you can see the needles in the rutilated quartz quite nicely.

Ok me gonna go watch a movie, or play me new playstation game...
